Refunds On Clothing

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please send us a photo of the issue by email to LawnDad@yahoo.com within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the issue to us within this 72 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is at our sole discretion.

Refunds On Other Physical Products

If you have an issue with an item, please send a photo to LawnDad@yahoo.com within 72 hours of receiving the item, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not guaranteed. These products typically ship within 2 business days from the order being placed. Transit time is between 2-7 business days depending on the final destination. Orders place afternoon Eastern will ship the following business day. (ie. Orders 2 pm Friday will typically ship by Tuesday the following week)

It it your responsibility to insure that all billing and shipping address is correct and accurate at the time of placing your order.
